      Known Issues

      • I updated my email address in HubSpot, I can’t access the ARCatar App anymore

        • Workaround: If you’ve updated your email address in HubSpot, please submit a support ticket so that we may update your email on the App

      • When linking content for your YouTube channel, there is currently a display limit of 50 playlists. We recommend creating a specific playlist of videos that you’d like to share on the ARCatar App.

      • Joining a group Discord may sometimes not join properly

      • Linking Twitch VODs date selection display issues. You’ll still be able to proceed to next screen.

      • TikTok icon and thumbnails display issues

      • Connected Discord server may have created long private channel names. Please rename private channels to your liking, but we recommend “Arcatar Channel” to help identify the users who joined your channel

      • Display issues with game interests in Game Information page

      • Minor UI issues:

        1. Long game titles may have display issues within the App
